Yea, that's the way I read it. Probably just wishful thinking, for both of us, that there would an arrest - pronto ;-)

The arrest can still happen (but not pronto) if he doesn't show for the Debtor Exam in Sept.

Since Petey believes he is Above the Law, will he show? Hope NOT... so he can be arrested :-D

If he gets so-called funding, I wonder if he will try to divert much of it to pay for criminal and civil litigation....plus he has divorce issues and child support issues.

Well, first, does anyone really believe there is "funding"... NAH..

But I will play, would he divert to his civil and criminal attorneys... NO... he doesn't pay attorneys. Well, maybe with stock... hahahaha

Child support - he pays the bare minimum. Remember when he was to pay his ex-gf something like $2k A month (not really sure) he got it reduced because he was in such bad shape. (No doubt he was telling investors, back then, that he was getting funding.. HA ) So, he got it reduced, then didn't pay the reduced amount... so that leads to something like $200K-$250K in child support arrears... THUS no Passport for Petey.

Also his first wife, he conned her out of the child support he owed her by promising to pay all the money if she would just tell the court HE HAD PAID... so that he could get his passport. How do I know? The info is in their divorce case, I bought the docs long ago. So, the child he beat, he didn't pay child support for him or his sister.

Golly Gee, Petey is such a great guy, I can understand why people want to be involved/work with him. Just because he didn't care about his own kids, certainly doesn't mean he doesn't care about others.... SMH..
