See I don't by that excuse.

Yes on the infringments but chasing lawsuites is time and money so just like Tony said in the April Zoom Call(I think it was that call) they will chase those in time but right now getting money in the door is more important.



Infringement of the patents have been portrayed to us as slam dunks. There are countless number of attorney that fight over slam dunk cases for contingency fees,
