Elan Vital, I believe what you are seeing is that the retail reps do not know that much YET, because they are selling to the consumer. The ones in the know at Dell & Gateway, are the ones that are selling to the Enterprise, and they know the answers. The resellers also know.

It will filter down to the retail reps as some point in time. It's just not time for the retail to consumers yet.
