The P1 study found the half life was short as in like 4 hrs. The primary metabolite had a much longer half life.

I don't recall if the question of is it the drug or the metabolite that has the most effect. I do recall that the company said the metabolite had agonist properties.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
