I went to the DJO website the Knee, Back, and Refill Device were all quoted as "IN STOCK! ORDERS SHIP IN 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS"
If they did not have the inventory to fill your order they should have advised you before accepting payment or advised you within 24 hours at the latest.
I am surprised that an established company, in business for 50 years, would let this kind of thing happen. Scott brought DJO on board to market the EME Wraps, I wonder if they are aware of this issue?
