Sharpie I’ve seen similar suggestions that candidly I do not understand any more than yours. There are 2 conditions to the lender’s option: TDL then offering. Offering is wholly in the control of the company. Moreover it seems pretty unlikely that company would do a fundraise before “real” TLD bc depressed SP. Finally, given the company’s June 5 PR that other posters have identified as a company statement that TLD has been disclosed, the lender could certainly claim any fundraise now would be post-TLD

So I just don’t understand your comment and I will look at any explanation. It’s of No moment to me other than curiosity since we’re all left to speculate anyway. GLTA
