Man it is wonderful how often the company changes stance and acts like the investor base is just a bunch of idiots that will accept whatever they say.

So now the journal embargo prevents them from even confirming that they are trying to publish in a journal? They better go amend some quarterly statements then! I'm sure everyone is familiar with this line by now:

...in preparation for publication in a scientific journal and public announcement. This series of processes is under way

That sure seems like they are confirming that they are going for journal publication. Now all of the sudden they are not allowed to say whether they are going for a journal? Ha. More like, they don't want to say because it would be something nobody wants to hear.

This is getting more and more suspect by the day.
