If anything that should show you how tolerant the sec is of allegations against companies. Unless they're warranted they're not going after a company. Obviously the investigation into globetel was warranted by some action was it not ?

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
