How so ? by not allowing a company to continue pumping and dumping their stocks ? or by slamming a company that has lied about it's financials ? overstating ? understating ?

Explain exactly how the sec is an enemy of a small investor ?

I'm not referring or insinuating the above as to gtem.

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
