ezey, I would do it, but when the rubber meets the road, you will find very few Investors want to put in the time and effort it takes to file such charges. Also, it costs a lot of money to file with an attorney. Most likely the only ones that would come out ahead are the lawyers. Some Investors on this board were involved 5-6 months ago with complaint letters(with facts) to the SEC. Unfortunately, the SEC appears to be the enemy, not an ally of the small investor.
