1. Direction of BIEL to standard of care is via two routes:
A. Insurance reimbursement
B. Large multi site clinical trials.

Medi-Launch only brought in Australia and Mexico it appears. NO MENTION OF 1 SINGLE HOSPITAL/SURGERY CENTER IN THE UNITED STATES.

2. International sales can't or won't be quantified specifically in their quarterlies (didn't think that had a chance but maybe an Ad Lib via another route say a PR).
