I'm just speculating on the reason for Pandgos purchase of EGOC with no forward movement on merging the 2 .A small cost to purchase EGOC and then promote the idea of merging with EGOC and the listing on the American stock exchanges to entice Chinese investors to invest in Pandgo. Just a thought. No evidence
