I'm not sure I follow? I don't see what value EGOC as a shell brings to Pangbo or its value? I say this wondering if Pangbo has made gains since EGOC was purchased? Last I knew the plan was for a dual listing of EGOC in Hong Kong.
Pangbo is already a multi billion dollar company.
