jasbg I think it's more likely that US law has something to do about allowing foreigner to open trading account in the US. This means you just cannot find any US brokers that will allow you to open a trading account. You can always try tdameritrade.com, etrade.com or robinhood.com. BTW if you plan to average down AH due to 2day news, DON'T. I'm quite confident that you may get a much better price 2morrow. GLTU!
