iwanderer, Actually I have been here before (couple of years ago).

Fidelity do not allow people outside USA to register an account - and I haven't been able to find another Broker with direct access to short AMRN - that I can access.

My own current main broker 'www.nordnet.dk' have something that relates to shorting - to a number of the big stocks - in what they name Bear lines (up to gearing 20) - but that is a completely different ballgame than the 'classic shorting¨' (borrowing shares for a fee) as what Fidelity advanced system offers'

Do you know of other big US brokers that can 'do the same' af Fidelity ? If so I would try to register a trading account there ? :)
