I completely agree with you - like most small biotech CEOs, M has enriched himself by giving himself dis-proportionate overall compensation for under-delivering year after year.

I am still here for the AD P2/3 results - that is literally a make or break event.

If the results are not so good or bad - we’ll, that is end of AVXL. The Rett and other trials will not have any effect and it will be difficult for the co to survive.

So all the did-proportionate compensation will be forgotten if the results are good. If results are not good, SP will tank and all the big numbers of stock options will be worthless.
