Agreed. Missling is being faulted for a multi-year pattern of self-inflicted wounds from which he seems to learn nothing, changing goals and then moving goal posts, poor communications and unexplained delays that have allowed other companies to gain a competitive advantage. Too many shareholders seems perfectly willing to explain away these issues even at their own personal expense. Meanwhile, Missling’s compensation package grows well beyond inflation year after year. There should not be rich rewards paid for over promising and under delivering.
