How Odd that the claim of "screwed up dates" occurs YET AGAIN, when I didn't even MENTION a date in my post!!!

Linda has a TRACK record WELL BEFORE the screwed up closing for Digital Clarity that YOU are apparently referencing!

I'm citing the example of yet MORE bungled company actions. Occurring during the "NMTV" years as a company bound for mega stardom as a recording studio! Linda Perry and this company led the shareholders about by the nose for over two years, promising a merger with a company that was the "perfect candidate". Except in the end? The merger fell thru.

So what did Linda Perry (CURRENT head of DBMM) do?

She FORMED a brand new company and told the shareholders that THAT company would lead the company to stardom. Except that right in the verbiage of the merger contract, it plainly stated that the company DBMM was merging with had JUST BEEN FORMED as the merger partner (in case the original merger failed!

THIS is how DBMM operates folks!
