Screwed up dates again.

Read the filings. Digital Clarity identified same year and acquisition began concluding 2012 .

Not your problem when Company retained earnest money and did not use one share or one cent as Conditions of Closing were not met.

Company benefited and went right into Digital Clarity acquisition mode.

All good.
