Yep,it's a mess but I look at it as an opportunity at some point.

All the legal stuff is done so now they need to get those financials out and quit screwing around--and yeah,the CEO should be canned and bring in new blood to turn it around. The BOD should act on that immediately.

It will be fun to watch.

I agree - it's a huge "WATCH LIST" future money ball play -

When the time is right it's a big ole buy and then flip it at some point, or even multiple times.

Let them dilute for cash and get that out of the way and make sure all dilution selling is done and it finds a bottom - then buy it like there's no tomorrow for the POP that will surely follow IMO :)
