With this and what was explained above, we can conclude that from the last patients, the count of alive and already in the study at 30 months after surgery, was 6 less than at 36 months after surgery: 58 (64 – 6).

You have the number alive (from the last [104] patients) at 30 months as 58 (64-6), where 6 was the # censors between 30 and 36 months.

Based on the exact same math the number alive at 36 months was 64( 64--0). And the number alive at 19 months was 0 (64-64).
