It is pinned because this is the absolutely best argument those attempting to suppress NWBO/DC-Vax can come up with. I take it as reassuring and anyone reading this board should feel good that according to the post, DC-Vax works independently and in combination with Keytruda, and NWBO holds the rights to DC-Vax.

Essentially, the post is saying that DC-Vax is an outgrowth of ATL-DC, which was developed by UCLA. And UCLA holds the IP rights to ATL-DC, even though they have not Trademarked ATL-DC and I am not aware of them patenting ATL-DC, meaning that they have no actual IP rights. ATL-DC and DC-Vax are, according to the post's alleged author, the same and NWBO holds the trademark for DCVAX and multiple patents on its processes. In addition, no one is planning to market ATL-DC to my knowledge, so who owns IP on it is irrelevant. So the post is noting that DC-Vax works, NWBO can market it, and people who follow hack journalists will eat up any useless post they see that seems to conform to their beliefs.
