Don't jump my .... for asking this, but why wouldn't MSFT at this point in time sit SKS down and say, "Ok Steve, we have an offer to make you that you shouldn't refuse...we'll give you say 3B for lil ol WAVX"...

If indeed it's all in place, and the dominoes are at the tipping point, wouldn't it seem like it's time?
