Where is it noted a failure to meet listing requirements?
See below. The untimely required filings will automatically put them in this status until they file satisfactorily. They already filed the extension...and are now saying they won't be able to file within that 15 day period.
And yes, I even said it's a non-factor due to it being accounting issues and none of us are here for their current position.
