Corporate accounting is messy. Shouldn't have entered into those agreements unless ZIVO knew how to account for them. Of course that's CFOs job.

Guess new auditors doing their job and pointing out the deficiency in accounting for them properly.

Where is it noted a failure to meet listing requirements? From what I see it is mere accounting. Moving figures from one bucket to another. In the end there isnt really a material change except to where and how accounted for on the fins.

Would assume they should have also consulted with prior auditor on proper accounting but don't pretend to know the relationship there.

Anyway, sounds like restatement of the prior 10Q and then the audited 10K.
