LOL. Nice 8k sneak in on a day market closed and less eyes, but still a business day. Just saw/read it and simply smh.

How in the actual f*** do you get to "Failure to meet listing requirements" in under 1 year of uplist!!!???!!!???!!! (which is where they'll be when they don't file the annual report within the 15 day extension, as they indicate)

I get that this was a likely outcome given the sudden departure of prior auditor...and actual restatement does little/nothing to impact most who are invested in this company (ie- we sure as hell aren't here due to current revs/earnings), but same ol' BS we've seen the last 2 decades...with no delivery elsewhere.

My consistent comparison of all at the top to a "Monkey Show" continues to prove true. It seems we are reaching the point where we, as long-term shareholders, are the ones who have the problem by thinking things will ever change.

Meaning, doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results is the definition of insanity. Welp, it's the majority of the same folks in control, so us continually expecting different results............
