Agreed. It is also why IBATF lets the world know that they are using Burba's old patent for selective sorbents.

I suspect patent app 16171107 which has both plaintiffs names on it as coinventors with Burba, which has now received notice of allowance, is somehow tied into all of this.

There are dozens of sorbents out there that can be used.

But, only one small commercial plant on the planet almost built.

I am sure the phone does not stop ringing from these other companies trying to get IBATF to use their sorbents.
