I was under the impression - and this was stated several times on this board - that this is a shareholder derivative lawsuit, meaning any award goes to the corporation and those funds are then divided according to shares held.

If I am incorrect about this, I would appreciate someone telling me. Scruffer - whom I respect and who has always been honest in his posts - stated this was a derivative suit.

Please advise if this is not true.
