Most developmental biotech companies (at least from my experience) from the point of data lock can perform all of the following in 1.5 to 2 years:
release topline data
prepare submission
submit to RA
obtain RA decision

That is what normally happens for the bios i have followed or been invested in. This an extremely rare case. Other companies also have released topline data and then have had peer reviewed journals publish articles. I don't understand the idea that TLD has to come in journal first. I am invested long, but you still have to be hard pressed to think that it would take at most longer than 2 years to release topline data. I'll give it two years to get TLD, but after that I would be hard pressed to think it will happen at all. Timelines and communication haven't been NWBOs strong suit. I like companies that underpromise and overdeliver on their timelines and are upfront in their communication. Here you are left to dig/research and find "bread crumbs". A lot of these breadcrumbs I think are grasping for straws like trying to relate short selling directly to NWBO or trying to relate external controls directly to NWBO's case. I personally think two years to release the data which IMHO is more than plenty of time whether or not they release it with Journal or just in a PR.
