Unless we go in recession we will hardly see 10 years under 2% in coming decade. We are in abnormally very low rate, not good for long term growth, take away savings incentive and we start depending on other countries for our debts and investments for new ventures. Which also weaken dollars, Look at $ strength Vs yen during Regan era. Just thinking loud.
