I do expect AS raise at some point especially with companies starting to have to raise to cover preferred stock out to cover with or without them converting to commons. Happening all over I am noticing. May be a new rule but don't know if just a specific state thing or all states.

As for AS to 810m AS now on SOS site I'm sure TA will update soon lol..not some big deal conspiracy lol pff. And FYI otcmarkets updates AS not the company.
