As Clint Eastwood said in the Unforgiven, deserve has nothing to do with it.

We are where we are and have an uncertain future as far as our investment in AMRN is concerned.

The pps is stuck in the 3's and I'm not sure what it will take to move it up. And if it does go up what the time frame is for a respectable rise.

In any event, we have just as much chance in hoping as we did in litigating it seems.
