But the cheating and getting away with it also depended on the victim (Amarin) helping in the theft by not joining Marjac’s effort to correct the injustice. We will never know if Amarin pursued the rule 60 case whether the patents would have been restored. Shame on them. They deserve it, unfortunately we the shareholders don’t.

Interesting too, that for a person that is ignorant of all the intricacies of the law, the first thing I came away with Friday while listening to the arguments, was that Amarin really screwed Marjac and the rest of us.
