I posted this right after so you weren't the only one who said the r/s had to happen first.

"I would hope some big news would hit first to send the pps up. Then a r/s as needed to get listed. But what do I know?!? I expect something to happen soon bc the timelines are drawing to an end soon."

I also posted this stating we had not applied to Nasdaq yet, so you weren't the only one

"Morning Sunshiners. Lets see where all this new material takes us. Should take 3 to 4 weeks (or less) to hear back from the SEC after filing the S-1a. Then it could be another month or two of getting everything right, going back and forth with the SEC to finalize everything. All in all, I expect fresh eyes on this stock during the meantime. February should be a fun month..."( I said SEC, meant to say Nasdaq and was corrected).

Lastly, a damn monkey could see the sp dropping and new the r/s would have to be changed accordingly before an uplist so pretending you came up with that one alone is laughable.
