Except back when the initial 'Nasdaq Uplist' PR happened, I was the only one that identified the reverse split was not contingent on this uplist and would be happening prior-to. Which is, in fact, the case.

I was the one that said the Nasdaq application hadn't even been submitted when people were debating the Nasdaq response time and likely 'approval' window.

A week before the DEF14C was revised, I said the company has to make a move soon or they will have to change their maximum RS ratio. A week later, that exact scenario happened.

I've called this every step of the way yet somehow, I'm the one that doesn't know what I'm talking about.
