Hello Aquatic. Per your post, and in now reading that Xeriant CEO's bio that has newly been updated on Xeriant's website to reflect "and/or" for the entire list and not as was earlier suggested for just one specific company that has predominantly been in question, it seems that the Xeraint 'attorneys' came up with an after-the-fact obsfication.
This obsfication however still does not address and get to the simple point:
What are the names of each company, and what was the role played by Duffy at and with each company. Pretty simple.
Any suggestion that the 'entire issue' has now been addressed, is yet further diversion from Xeriant's basic responsibility to simply communicate an appropriate, clear, and simple response:
Xeriant has now made its CEO Bio description even less clear.
This alteration in fact appears a diversion, not a clarification.

Once again: Nothing so hard to understand. Real simple:
Xeriant changed, now says, "Mr. Duffy was formerly the founder and/or CEO of a public company, two bank holding companies, a software development company, and a biotech company now trading on NASDAQ."
Super simple: Xeriant should give simple specifics. Give an actual answer.
Fill-in the blanks with name of each company:
Founder and/or CEO of:
1.) a public company: ____________ , and what was the role there? _____________
2.) first bank holding company: ____________ , and what was the role there? ______________
3.) second bank holding company: ___________ , and what was the role there? _____________
4.) software development company: ____________ , and what was the role there? _____________
5.) biotech company now trading on NASDAQ: _____________ , and what was the role there? _____________
Either Xeriant knows, or Xeriant doesn't. No complications needed.
Just 'Fill in' each blank' with a company name.
And, provide the position and/or title for each company, as is now made even less clear.
This could have been done months ago instead of any Duffy "has no time to answer" excuses, and all the back and forth diversion and gaslighting accusatory insults of those who initially inquired.
Real simple. That simple.
