Hello StockItOut and thanks for replying to my message yesterday.

You pointed out the obvious that my account should be able to post 15 times, not 3 as I had stated. Unfortunately, thats only true after a new account has been "validated" by an admin., which I asked for thanks to your advice.

Thank you for also pointing out those (2) points of conversation/contention that are in question. I will most certainly be looking into their filings this weekend to piece together some of the costs associated with Xeriant.

Regarding the verbage of Keith Duffy's biography on their official website (LinkedIn is irrelevant to me).

I deal with standards and codes for a living and the great thing about them, depending on how one interprets a particular line, you can make it mean something else entirely. All it takes is specific emphasis on a certain syllable of a word.

I believe what they have corrected the line to say is acceptable. Instead of individually listing out "Was the CEO of W, was the founder of X, was the president of Y, was the founder and CEO of Z" - They opted to consolidate it to "Was either the founder, ceo or both of the following companies".

However, thats just my interpretation. Reading comprehension plays a key component and not everyone has the same ability.
