GS if you are reading this you are a douche...and thanks for adding more evidence to everyone's stock manipulation claims. To the best of my knowledge there are only a few hundred shareholders and what you do not realize is that your stupid mouth influences a lot more than you think. I think the SEC takes that into consideration when formulating charges. Keep it coming because it's only a matter of time before you get three squares and a cot with a roommate by the name of Bubba who thinks you are cute and want to make you his girlfriend. (for some ungodly reason)

Now to the bigger picture, while still in the preliminary stages of DD on the newly added executives one thing we should all be aware of is that good ol' Ethan does not have the best financial track record. He has been sued multiple times and though not a 100% confirmed, there is enough evidence to suggest his last business was shut down for tax reasons. But he has more value than simple financials, that is what Cox is for. Good old Ethan has contacts with Chinese entities and we all know or at least should be aware of that they are trying to corner the market on lithium. I think there is more to this story, a whole lot more.
