Does being sued mean your guilty?

Anyone can post Complaints and try to call into question someone's character.

Isn't it more about who has been found "Guilty?"

Morgan has been sued, what does the record say about his guilt?

Sharp has been sued, what does the record say about his guilt?

The new directors have been sued, were they found guilty?

Were charges dropped? Matters settled out of court?

I haven't gone into the records and Tallied wins vs losses, and I'm not going to...But I'm pretty sure that being sued isn't a loss. Being found Guilty is the Loss.

Frequency of Litigation one way or the other isn't something to be ignored, I have to admit. Something else, is whether the person has sued/or been sued lately...what does it say about them at this minute?
What if a person has a legitimate reason to sue?
What if a person should be sued, but an Attorney can't be Funded?
What if a person is sued who is innocent?

Justice? Hard to know and find these days. imo.

My imperfect thoughts and opinions, and thank you for posting what you did. hl cubv
