Legitimate scam? Isn't than an oxymoron?

this is a legitimate entity whose stock is freely bought

Enron, Theranos and Madoff Securities were able to be freely invested in, and investors lost millions.

Who said anything about having an emotional attachment?

It's common sense (or not) to not invest in a company that continually releases false information, repeatedly files incomplete and false documents, repeatedly blames their incompetence and negligence on others, already had one stock revoked, and especially - ESPECIALLY one where directors and their associates were defendants in a fraud case.

Every company contains within its ranks a certain percentage of liars and cheats.

This isn't a company (literally) where hundreds or thousands of people work, there are TWO.

So are you calling the president a liar and cheat, or the temporary CEO?

In 2016, a notorious crook said “I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose voters.”

Likewise, there seems to be nothing the lying and cheating president or CEO of EEGI could do to lose investors.

If lying and cheating aren't enough to deter them, probably nothing is.
