Every company contains within its ranks a certain percentage of liars and cheats.
Not exactly a revelation…
I choose not to have any sort of emotional involvement with CEO’s of stocks I invest in as that would be ceding them control over what I might post about them.
If how they run the company bothers me enough, I move on.
I doubt that calling them names or fantasizing about some fictitious SEC revenge scenario will make me feel better, so I don’t.
For now, this is a legitimate entity whose stock is freely bought and sold by U.S. brokerage houses.
It is also a highly risky trip zero stock known to very few people, thus undeserving of any special attention.
Investors are free to buy, sell or totally ignore it.
Most understandably ignore it.
Some can’t.
