Pretty F’d up situation all around especially for shareholders. A lady on Twitter said she spoke with a lawyer and they were gonna see if it was worth it. On the Twitter board we have about 1mil worth of losses so far. This will be my first class action if it goes to that and I hear we hardly get any money back after lawyer % and fees but at this point the custodianships are a thing of the past and SSM and Cooley we’re trying to bank on that. And they sure as shit did. So if I can assist with hurting their lil misleading pockets, I will. Plus I’m pretty annoyed that I got fucked over on my first merger play that was a very nice clean shell. And you are correct I use that knowledge to insure that even with whatever DD I pull up, I play an extreme devils advocate. I only get FBCD’d once
