Well custodianships in general have been very good. Some much better than others. The problem lies with the quality of the merger candidate and how legit it is coming in. SSM has had some good ones. Krisa has been questionable but can’t say all were bad.
A custodians job is to clean up a defunct company to give shareholders a chance. Once the company is turned over the fate of the shareholders is on the new companies mgmt.
Really not much has occurred here except for the fact the Nelson’s have such a lousy reputation that those looking for a quality merger all decided to bail at once tanking the price here quickly.
Would be nice to see updated SS to see what’s up here. Sometimes things aren’t always as they seem but that remains to be seen….. if no SS changes then we got a lot of games being played on top of the exodus of retail because of the new officer announcement. Need some better answers than what we got out of that useless PR today.
