Cooley either knew what he was doing selling this to the Nelson’s or he is that incompetent in doing background homework on merger candidates which he should have a responsibility to shareholders over.

SSM has cut their ties with Krisa over this one so either option above was clearly not acceptable to them. Probably a wise move imo!
