First, please understand that regardless of if you bought it at the 'bank', you still bought it thru a 'broker'.

For instance..if your bank is Wachovia or Bank Of America..or any other major bank...they also have 'brokerage divisions'.

They could not sell you a single share of MSFT, let alone PAVC if they were not a legal broker, unless it was a 'PS', which I seriously doubt.

But you said your bank is taking legal action against the TA? And your bank claims they already got shares of PAVC for somebody else??

I would get that in writing at once as something does not smell right...in fact, it smells downright fishy......I'm not saying the above did not happen, and maybe they are taking legal action against the company or TA, as it seems like many are now lining up to go after the company and/or TA....but, I am more curious how your 'bank' managed to get shares for somebody else.....Did they just snap their fingers and make them appear? If not, how did your bank get 200 shares of PAVC when no share data has been released by the TA and until then, there are no shares technically to give you, unless they just 'felt bad' and had free trading shares and simply gave 200 of them to your 'friend'...but that seems unlikely, even though it is a very small dollar amount......Anyway...good luck..it seems like everyday we hear more 'weird stuff' concerning this company and the share issue.....
