Im a survivor, once again thanks for your explainations on that. I didn't pass through a broker for my last JPHC buy in may 2006, just before the merger, but I bought my share at my bank, like other financials products. They told me I didn't had to start a legal action by my own against the new TA, because they'll do it themself against the new TA to get my shares. Of course it's not a broker but we'll see what's going on...if I can't get my shares in Feb. My banker told me they just got 200 PAVC shares for another shareholder they have as a client. Think what you want about that.
