If I can jump in here, I think the SEC might find some accounting "anomalies" but I don't think they will be judged as fraud. As I indicated before, the cloud hanging over GTEM will dissipate slowly rather than disappear. That's unfortunate but it's the way things are done by many investigating bodies. They're loath to issue exonerating statements on the chance they might see fit to address the matter in the future.

I'm not going to lecture you about investing your entire IRA savings in GTEM. That's not my place. I just hope you're young enough to recover if you bought at higher prices.

Your board name is interesting. I'm familiar with "La forza del destino", composed by some hack named Giuseppe Verdi (Joe Green to the uninitiated.):)
