vkoenig- you are right I am afraid since i have my IRA totally invested in GTE and am sick at the paper loss. I can hold out but when I hear SEC investigation, you cannot help but think of Enron and other corporations that were investigated by the SEC. If it is merely an accounting issue of minor importance then I this can be weathered. The fact that there is an investigation is of concern.
