I've seen this scenario play out exactly the opposite as well. One example would be NOVN. Released TLD ($11 sp) then there was a long delay before publication and further milestones and the stock price has tanked below the price prior to TLD ($4.5). In this type of market this stock price action has become more normal than not. I support NWBO's wait to release TLD with publication. I also hope other actions with respect to the RA's are progressing behind the scenes. Obviously, from today's posts, progression is happening with respect to patents.
