Per TLD, they could easily release TLD jointly with a well designed communication strategy - and the positives would far outweigh the negatives. But people like AF are so inside LP’s head, she’s too afraid to act. It’s really that simple.



Precisely my point.

Even if the data are muddy and need to be further clarified in a journal before the market really accepted it, the stock price would still be doing better than it is now. They would be in a better position to finance. Investors would have all the information available to them to make an educated and measured decision to remain invested. Approval would not be jeopardized. So where is the harm?

Barring an unmitigated failure (which I don't think we have), I just do not see a reason to continue to delay TLD (which is why I contend management is making a huge mistake). I was on board a year ago when they changed the strategy to focus on the journal; but that timeline was said to be 'in the coming months' back in March. Now that we have blown that schedule to pieces, I believe we've gotten to the point where it is doing much more harm than good to continue to sit on TLD.
